What is Bulletproof?

Put simply, following the Bulletproof diet means elevating yourself to a high state of performance. Results can vary from having more energy despite less sleep, losing weight with minimal exercise, or simply feeling like the lights in your brain have turned on for the first time and you finally have the control to feel fantastic.
Your diet is the foundation behind not only your weight, but also your IQ, stress levels, risk of disease, physical performance, aging, and even will power. You are what you eat. What would it feel like to improve in all of these areas simply by making better choices about what you put on your plate?
When I chose to follow the bulletproof diet, I knew the answer within only two weeks of losing weight, increasing mental clarity, and losing the feeling of deprivation and hunger. The more bulletproof food you eat, the better you look and feel. On the other hand, the more inflammation-causing foods you eat, the more prone you are to weight gain, a short temper, and brain fog.
You can maintain your results by making better choices regarding what you eat and what you surround yourself with. Every time you choose what food you eat, you can decide whether to have something that will boost your performance or something that will make you weak and zap your willpower.
